Script

Although I'm only filming my last scene I have written a script for my full production. Due to Celtx being down I had to use a software I'm unfamiliar with due to this I was unable to create a front page for my script.

Click on the image and you will be taken to a website with my script and other pre production documents on it.

Im aware the text is in the wrong format when writing its easier for me to see for long periods due to having a stigmatism after speaking to crew members they feel comfortable reading the script in this format.

Storyboard

This is my story board for my full production, I chose to leave the box regarding white balance etc blank, as i’m filming outside which means white balance and the other aspects will have to be decided on the actual shoots due to lighting and environmental challenges that could occur

Script Breakdown

I decided to do a script breakdown for the scenes im filming as those are the scenes that are more important to plan.

Shot List

This is my shot list for my last three scenes Im shooting

CALL SHEET FOR THE 12TH OF MAY

Im working with a small crew for this project which is why alot of names are repeated on my call sheet.

Call Sheet Two

This is the call sheet for scene 8 which is the running scene!

Organising Extras

I created a poster to post on my instagram advertising for extras for my concert scene, After two days of posted, I have not had a response, If no one replies by the end of the week (7th of May) I am going to talk to my tutors about the availability of year 12s

Test Shoot

I did a test shoot for my running scene to experiment what would be the best way to shoot the scene, to a high quality and safely, we tested using a car first and thankfully that worked after some trial and error.

It took some time to get the shot right in terms of making sure the car wasn't going too fast and the actor wasn't running too slow or fast, but after 3 tries we got the right shot.

In the footage I am also trying to work out how close up it should be shot.

Music will be played over this shot which allows me to direct both the actor and driver while shooting which also made the process a lot easier. Even though I'm filming at night I decided to do the test shoot in the light as trying to film from a moving car does bring a lot of safety risks especially in the dark so I  wanted to map out how the shooting would work before doing it in the dark with less visibility.

Risk Assessment 12th Of May Shoot

As I am feeling at school and in one room there are very few risks for this shoot.
